Dreams aren’t free. This is a list of the money I’ve spent so far on this dream. I’ll try to keep track of everything. I’m not rich but I’m fortunate to be doing well enough that I’m not living pay cheque to pay cheque. At least not until that entire down payment and closing costs come out of my accounts. Then I’ll be tighter than I’d like to be for a little while.
My year 1 money plan is to reduce expenses as much as I can to help rebuild my slush fund before saving up for the various projects.
